This app is for participants in the Fabric of Life research study by 4YouandMe. In this research study, we would like to see if objectively measured data from different smart devices can quantify real-world individual level stress. This study has been reviewed and approved by a Research Ethics Board.
Once you have enrolled in the study, you will download this study companion app. This app will serve as a hub for study participation. Using this app, you can track your study progress, complete surveys and tasks, and connect devices and other mobile apps. We expect that using the app for the study will take about 5 minutes daily.
