Carmine is simply a compatibility checker for car users to check the possibility of using the handless operation of mobile phones in the car. This Compatibility Checker option would be really helpful when making the decision for buying a new car and finding accessories and third-party entertainment units since mobile phone connectivity to the car is considered a must-have feature in a car for driver’s safety.
Since there is a huge range of cars with various makes and models, selecting the exact car from a huge list of cars is not something easy. And the list gets even more lengthy with the manufacture year. In order to support car enthusiasts, in understanding this difficulty, the Carmine app is developed as a solution that contains easy filtering options.
For this check, the user is required to provide the Make, Model, and manufacture year of the car and select the option he needs to check compatibility between Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Then the app checks the compatibility and lets the user know whether the exact car is compatible or not. The car makes are displayed along with the brand icons and in alphabetical order, so that the user can easily select the intended make.
Once the user has chosen the make, only the relevant car models to that make are displayed in the car Make list. So there is less possibility of choosing the wrong car.
The most convenient option is, you can simply check both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility from this single application.
In future updates, the app will be showing alternative features for users whose car is not compatible.
