We have implemented a points loyalty program for our customers, allowing them to earn points based on specific rules and redeem them for rewards such as discounts or free products (referred to as "Kasb 2"). Additionally, our POS system now supports the sale of combo products, which consist of multiple items bundled together for convenience.
Furthermore, we've enhanced our customer management capabilities by enabling search functionality using phone numbers and email addresses. This streamlines the process of locating and serving customers efficiently.
Moreover, when selecting the delivery order type, it is now mandatory to specify the customer for delivery information. This ensures that all necessary details are captured accurately to facilitate smooth delivery transactions.
