I’ve been using this app for about a month. This is a great app. As its name says ALL IN ONE. It customize your workout for you, if you are working with Chad or Mafe as coaches you can chat with them through the app. It allows you to pick your target areas to workout and depending of your goals. Pick the equipment you have at the gym or at home. It also shows you small videos of how to perform the exercises. What I love the most it’s the nutrition part. It gives you the calories and macronutrients you need to follow… and the best part: IT AUTOMATICALLY COUNTS IT FOR YOU. You just need to pick one of the delicious and healthy recipes they made or just do it by Quick add. I can say these are excellent training plans they are taking the best of me. After a workout with the app I feel amazing and stronger.
