While this game has its issues, mainly if you try to play against bots they treat you like the new guy in prison with how much of your resources they steal. Also they will embargo resources on the map from you with obscene settlement placements. At least they don’t try to scum you out with only being able to play one free game a day like the official catan app does. In reality my only complaint is that there is not physical body for me to attack when a bot places it’s two settlements so no one gets stone.

When I first installed this app it was great. Play was smooth. Everything was open and easy to see. With the latest update bank cards are hidden and in order to see them you have to tap on the bank at the top of the page. The amounts of roads, houses, and cities are also hidden. You have to tap the down arrow under the player to see that also. And most annoying is all of my roads, settlements, and cities have disappeared, no where to be found. I have to count all my assists on the board to know what I have left to play with. Also most of the time my forward arrow to end my turn is missing so I have to wait for my time to run out before the game moves on. I wish the developers would stop tweeting this app thinking they are improving it when in reality they are not.

I have a hard time not believing the game KNOWS you have more than 7 cards. I’ve never had a game on this app where I hold more than 10 cards in my hand before a 7 gets rolled. It seems far more frequent against bots also. I had a bot hit me with FOUR 7’s in a row. FOUR. Not only did I lose half my hand on the first 7, but then he steals a card with each 7 thereafter. That seems very unrealistic compared to actual Catan. Game is solid everywhere else. Also, make a language filter option. I’m tired of basic words like “crucial” getting blocked. 3/5 stars for those 2 issues I have.
