Introducing Moovlee Mooves! An exercise and mindfulness app for kids featuring exercises shown in the Moovlee videos. Exercises include stretches, yoga poses and breathing exercises that are excellent at helping kids to calm down and stay healthy, both physically and mentally.
Moovlee Mooves also includes timed breathing views with calming music that can be used to help you relax or settle to sleep, and fun music views where you can play with different peaceful sounds and create your own music. You can learn about different feelings and track your own feelings in the calendar. Our app is designed with kids in mind, featuring colourful graphics and features to help keep children engaged with content that can help them to strengthen their bodies and practice mindfulness.
Moovlee videos are popular in schools and homes all over the world and these exercises are a great way to keep children moving. Regular practice can help them to learn effective strategies to manage challenging emotions in a positive way. Our aim with this app is to provide a way for kids to regularly pay attention to their own physical and mental health and to learn strategies that can help them into their adult years. We really hope that this little app helps kids (and adults!) learn the importance of being kind to their bodies and minds.
