O Sistema é uma plataforma Omnichannel, onde unifica os canais como WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger do Facebook, Instagram e também chat para site,
assim o usuário utiliza apenas o aplicativo para atender os clientes.
As configurações são realizadas todas dentro da plataforma do sistema Web e o aplicativo é utilizado como um módulo de Chat.

so the user only uses the application to serve customers.
The settings are all performed within the CallSys Web platform and the application is used as a Chat module.
