Could use a few improvements but otherwise a great app

Let me start by saying this app is convenient as I do a lot of work from my phone. The only problems I have are1) There is no ability to search by custom date range. (This makes it extremely tedious to view older transactions from previous months)2) You can not download the monthly statement until the month is over. (This makes it impossible to give credit loan institutions an accurate picture of your finances at a moments notice)3.) The app does not connect to third part accounting software such as Wave accounting via plaid like all prominent banks do. ( This makes it extremely difficult to keep a list of transactions for accounting purposes, I literally have to enter every single transaction by hand at the end of every day just to keep accounting up to date as a result of this, I know some would say just upload a .csv file into wave accounting but the format of OTRclutch bank statement is also incompatible because it doesn’t list the date including year and it has too many cells.)4.) I have expressed these issues with the clutch department with OTR and they basically said I should choose another bank because they aren’t willing to make these changes anytime soon.In conclusion with those 3 items addressed and added this app would get 10 stars out of 5 from me.Also I was told before I signed up that as a clutch user I would receive fuel credit line after 90 days usage, I’ve called OTR and asked about this multiple times as it’s been at least 6 months or more of usage but everyone keeps saying it’s someone else’s department and that they will have them get back to me but no one ever actually responds. I just want what was advertised as it’s one of the reasons I signed up. On the good side Garret with OTR has been awesome with helping me. He always does what he promises. He’s a big reason why I haven’t switched banks yet even though it’s superbly difficult to keep accounting current because of the aforementioned issues.
