The Harley Street Business Improvement District (BID) is a formalised vehicle established to support businesses across the BID footprint through collaborative work. One of our initiatives is to provide an Emergency Notification System (ENS) to communicate verified guidance and updates to businesses and residents in the event of a serious incident. This ENS ensures we can deliver timely information and keep everyone safe through a managed communication network.
