This Hangtight app is helping me keep better track of my different group chats and makes it so easy to figure out why we want to do and when. Usually this has been a problematic and time-consuming process but now it’s so seamless here. I’ve tried this app at my church and it’s become so easy to gather my friends there for prayer circle and also Bible study. My son also started using it for his youth group. I’m also part of a local book club and I’ve started using it there to keep better track of when we’re getting together and also share updates and ideas in the message threads. Might also use it for my friends who like to go hiking! Some quick feedback would be to think about collecting more personal preferences and hobbies. The current ones are okay but I think you’re missing out on some obvious ones like dodgeball, book clubs, prayer groups, etc. I’d also love to see the app available in other languages. I have a lot of friends who speak Spanish and while this app is intuitive enough for anyone to use in English, it would be so much better to enable it for native Spanish speakers. Just an idea! 😉

This app really does streamline the process of planning activities with friends and family, whether it’s just brunch with a few friends or planning an out-of-state vacation. It’s easy to add people, pick a place, and choose a time when everyone is available. The in-app messenger makes it even more convenient to coordinate with others; you can even make payments from within it if you need to split a bill with friends when you’re out somewhere. As a side note, I’ve found myself using the built-in messenger just to chat with friends instead of texting because I like the interface, it’s fun to use, and it has so many features by itself. Overall, this app is very well thought out, and I wish I’d found it sooner. I’ll be continuing to use it for planning my social outings.

This app has made my social life so great! I like that it makes it so easy to message friends and do fun activities off the app. I’m already using it to plan my friend’s birthday trip to Austin where we are planning to do dinners, boat rentals and other social outings downtown! Figuring out who is actually showing up is super important especially since we are all coming from out of town and I won’t use Facebook events in the hope that people will show up.. A suggestion for the app is to make it available in Spanish as well. I have a lot of friends who are native Spanish speakers and they want to use it too!

This app makes it SO much easier to organize routine events and special occasions. My group texts used to be so chaotic, and people would lose track of event details all the time and have to text me their questions. And chasing down RSVPs via text is not fun either. I love hosting events, so introducing Hangtight to my friend groups was a no brainer. I especially love how each event can have its own dedicated group chat so we can get hyped up before the event and share more info. This app is super convenient and very easy to figure out!! It’s a game changer.
Create custom member roles while setting up Conference and RA Training circles. Manage, rename and reorder roles from Circle Settings. This update also improves circle setup and navigation, with fewer interruptions and reliability fixes.
