Dorothy also offers private therapy sessions that are so beneficial. Dorothy and Juno, together with my faith, have helped me to grow as a person, put wheels on my faith, grow my spiritual gifts, be wiser and extend love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control, to myself and to others, both personally and professionally. I really enjoy the Juno app. It is full of great advice, meditations, calming thoughts and ways of living that are good for me and my soul. It’s also got a great community. You can use it as much as you want or as little as you want. I am regularly going to this app for inspiration, help with my thoughts, and feelings. They have coaching, group classes that focus on different areas like being present and mindful for 30 days, which is what we’re working on right now, different meditations that you can listen to in many different categories. It’s an all-around very helpful app.Dorthy and Rachael run most of it with great meditations and comprehensive classes.

Spiritual poetry, Meditation for the beginner or for the experienced who want to continue strengthening their practice, or for people like me who want a comfortable space to connect with like minded while learning self awareness and self love. All the prayers, the guided meditations and the CBT and life coaching are in Dorothy’s soothing voice. Recently she began offering live events connecting all those who attend with a safe and enlightened environment. This is my place to go several times a day, everyday always something that fits my mood and needs.
