First of all, you really need to purchase the no add option. This supports the game so they continue to develop it and also it's almost impossible to play with an ad popping up every 10 seconds, even though they are very short ads. A couple of suggestions. 1. The orderly in the emergency room doesn't move the patient from the ambulance to the stretcher bay. He goes to the patient, but then he just stands there, stretching his muscles and doesn't move it. This game is so much fun. The patients are hilarious. My favorite place to hang out is the therapy floor. Lol. Im laughing so much there! Great job making this game! Obviously a lot of thought went into it. I'm really enjoying this game and I hope you haven't abandoned it. Looking forward to many more floors!

It doesn’t cost any money and I just love it a lot because I wanna help people in the world and I just really kind so I can buy this thing. I don’t really like about it. You have to make things but that’s really all that you like and I haven’t gotten into like anything else cause I’m only on level two because I just got this game and it’s really fun and your parents won’t get mad which really helps so yeah

i just downloaded this game a few days ago and ive enjoyed in a lot, the actual game play is pretty nice! but they LITERALLY show an ad every 2 minutes. i understand seeing them occasionally thats no issue. but it is so excessive i dont even think i can play a game i actually enjoy. not even 5 minutes in between. no seriously, i timed it. there were already 2 ads in the first 2 minutes and 30 seconds i played. when these reviews say “excessive ads” i mean i have NEVER seen a game have this many. its just to push you to purchase the no ad option. i normally would consider this option, but it almost feels like im being forced to purchase the no ad version. therefore im just going to delete the app ): bummer, the game couldve been enjoyable!
