Up2Stretch is a lightweight macOS menu bar app for knowledge workers who lose track of time while coding, designing, writing, or studying.
Set a work interval, keep the app in your menu bar, and Up2Stretch will remind you to stand up, stretch, and take a short movement break. It can pause when your screen sleeps or locks, show a pre-break notification, and display a full-screen break overlay when it is time to move.
