No damage but no help!

I gave them a two for trying. I can see no real difference from an old family movie from tape, and the upscaled. I am glad they let me try it. It may work better with originally digital formats. Mine was from a VCR tape.
1 video down

Having only used this app to upscale 1 video (480p), my experience is limited. However, I chose the real-time model (at 1080p) which gave an eta of about 16 hours but it only took about 20 minutes - the video looks pretty good. I clearly can tell it was sharpened, etc. Considering I'm using an intel macbook pro from 2019 (with AMD Radeon Pro 5500M GPU), I assume the more advanced models and a mac with apple silicon would output much higher quality videos.. anyone on silicon tried this??
Nope

Gave it a try but disappointed. Decided to give it the ultimate test with a video from the 60's. Not in the best condition but I can definately see what the video is. When I opened that vid in this app, it was completely washed out before applying the filters. Once I worked with the filters, it ended up looking like the original video. I did try all the different possible formats with the same results, saw no difference between them.
Makes videos worse

This is actually a Downscaler. In the preveiw the video is still fuzzy, It washes out the colors/takes away colors and makes it more white. 1 Star. I just can't find a upscaler that does make the quality better/works. Everything either makes the video worse or dosen't do anything at all.
