COMPETE WITH FRIENDS Follow friends and compete across every metric: - Weekly Leaderboards: Who crushed the most workouts? Burned the most calories? Built the longest streak? Closed their rings most consistently? - Detailed Comparisons: View friends' cold plunge temperatures, focus session durations, workout stats, and XP gains. - Cold Plunge Challenges: See who can handle the coldest water, longest duration, and most consistent streak. Real competition crushes solo willpower. GAME MECHANICS - Habitium: Fuel for every habit. Breaks when you don't complete habits based on your commitments. Replace with coins or upgrade to Ascendent for an unlimited supply. - Poison: Leave the app during a deep focus session and poison accumulates. Stay away 90+ seconds and lose your habitium. Reset accumulated poison with potions. - Powerups: Protect Habitium with Shield/Armor. Boost XP or cure poison with potions. Smart powerup timing = faster progression. LEVEL UP SYSTEM - XP Scales: Harder habits = more XP. Challenge yourself to level faster. - Daily Multiplier: Complete habits daily and your XP multiplier stacks.
