The interface has this really chill, calming, and mellow effect that makes you never want to leave the app. The use of the dark purple color paired with the sunset yellow color gave off this relaxing and safe environment. There is also a comforting personalized daily routine filled with meditation sessions, articles, and evening sleep stories to complete daily before going to bed. My competitive side really loved the hourly challenges I got to experience with my friends and family. Overall, the app runs very smoothly and it never kicked me out of it.
