Lightroom has competition.

I can only describe the Trashy app as cool girl Lightroom. If you’ve been using Lightroom, VSCO, Instagram, or even the photos app that came with your phone for filters or basic edits, I recommend giving Trashy a try. I’m not very good at creative edits, and I was still able to get some pretty cool results without needing a 10 minute tutorial. My absolute favorite feature is Blur. I’ve been looking for a way to recreate soft, dreamy pics without needing to smear Vaseline all over my camera lenses, and “Lip Gloss” made my wishes come true. My only suggestion is a trash bin or recently deleted folder. The save and delete buttons are right next to each other, which has caused me to accidentally delete my hard work more than once.

i ADORE this creator. she really knows how to turn basic photos into art. i used to purchase her preset packages. the app is pretty cool and makes navigating photo editing especially if you’re a beginner.my only critique would be having more free options, the options offered are nice and worth having the app, but i wish we got more stuff “premium people” got like some grit options, grain (the reason i love her filters) and maybe a dark room or two. i would do the subscription but its hard to justify because i just post silly things on instagram and stories once or twice a month. completely understand its A LOT of work to do what her and her team do, but hopefully in the future we can get a little more options. keep up the good work ash and team. i do love what you do and create 🩶

I have been editing photos since the scene days and I love love love the trashy app. Instead of hoping to find your aesthetic like I felt I did with other apps, the trashy studio already works to match me. I am the aesthetic when using this app. So user friendly. So many filter options. The grains? Amazing. Super easy to navigate and I truly feel like there is a setting for everyone. The HSL setting has really taken my iphone photos to the next level.Love love this app can't give it praise
