This update adds QR checkpoint patrols for security officers. When an
officer's site is set to QR patrols, the Patrol screen shows "Start QR
Tour", which opens a checkpoint list and a camera scanner for the QR
tags placed at each checkpoint. The camera is used only to scan these
tags. Sites not using QR tags keep the existing photo patrol. Location
is recorded with each scan as evidence of the patrol.
