Can’t get to the second room

Paid for no add. I have one piece left in locked mode. I can’t finish the room. I have enough coins & red diamonds but it doesn’t recognize, it just says keep playing to unlock..Really wish they would respond. I really liked the game, I would like to continue. You will need to fix it on your end. It certainly is no on my end. Also you could include a support section to you game, to be able to contact youInstead of the only way to reach you is through review section.
