The BPC TMA Test App is used in Bancontact BEP TMA testing using the cloud based Bancontact Certification Test Platform. The Test App acts as a (simplified) payment app, and links into the TMI simulation, integrated in the Certification Test Platform. It is used to scan the QR code or act upon the Bancontact Intent that is generated by the TMA under Test to start the BEP authentication flow.
The App securely connects to the Bancontact Certification Test Platform on a specific port assigned by BPC to the TMA Mobile Acceptance Host.
It’s important to note before starting testing, the TMA Mobile Acceptance Host must contact BPC to request to set up a Test Project, and the get the port assigned.
