Great, simple, no nonsense app. The one thing I wish I could do was remove bookmarks that I have accidently placed. If I can do that, I wish it was more intuitive. It would also be great if I could add "tags" to specific verses and view the verses I save under each tag. Cross-save/syncing with the ios version would be cool too. Otherwise, it is a great app.

I’m enjoying using the app so I will not focus on what works but what can be improved. First thing is Highlights. Right now, there is no functional difference between Highlights and Bookmarks. Highlights typically represent favorited verses whereas Bookmarks are often associated with certain topics. I think Highlights should be Chapter based as an app preference. I think Bookmarks can also be improved by having a dropdown that allows users to select various parts of the bible such as All, Old Testament, Torah, Prophets, New Testament, Gospels, Early Church, etc. This would allow users to create structure. Lastly, I would request a basic Notes feature embedded in both Bookmarks and Highlights. A user double clicks these entries and it opens a small text box. Each Bookmark and Highlight can show a small icon where a note is associated. When these considerations work together, it creates a powerful tool for the app’s users that can lead to exportable content and increases the need for iCloud sync behavior. Thank you for this great app, may it bring its developer rich blessings.

This app is fantastic. I have older eyes and Matthew responded to my former review and has the option for line spacing in "settings" that is making my reading absolutely perfect now.

This app is just what I need. It's a simple yet practical app that has just the basics needed to find, read, and enjoy the scriptures in a pure format. Nothing fancy, just a straight forward user interface.
