Has issues but easy get around.

I didn’t have any problem with the log in. Perhaps because I had a previous EV account on the web.I would lose the stream when the screen locked. Easy to fix by changing the lock time to Never. Not the optimal solution, though.Would love to have an AppleTV app!

Hello, thank you so much for your feedback. Great that you found a work around to the AirPlay issue. This appears to be a long-running issue with users of AirPlay in general but there is not much we can do about it unfortunately. We are however working on big screen apps, so hope to have some exciting news on this in the near future.

Works, but annoyingly loud ads

I see many other complaints about the same issue. Ads are significantly louder than the program. And they come in at stupid times, no planned or natural breaks. In the final kms of a cycling race and bam an ad comes on blows out the volume and you miss critical parts of the race.

Developer Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it is when ad breaks interrupt key moments of a live event, especially during decisive stages of a race.To help avoid viewers missing the action, we have introduced side-by-side advertising during live content, allowing the event to remain visible while ads are shown. For replays, ads are inserted differently, but they are designed so that you do not miss any of the sporting action itself.Advertising is an important part of how we are able to provide free access to our content. Regarding the volume difference, this is largely controlled by our advertising partners, although we do our best to minimise the impact and improve the viewing experience wherever possible. Please make sure you're using the latest version of the app. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to contact us at support@eurovisionsport.com. If you enjoy watching on a bigger screen, our Apple TV app also provides an excellent viewing experience for live sports.

Horrible to use, extremely complicated, doesn’t even have search engines so you can’t even look up sport you wanted to watch

Could be a lot better

I installed this app on my Apple TV and was excited to see there was finally an app for this but after testing it out there are several disappointing issues. The first one being that you can’t skip the first ad once the skip ad button shows up in the lower right corner so you end up hearing this ad way too many times. The second issue is that you can’t fast forward to a specific point of the replay so you have to watch the entire race. I usually fast forward ten minutes in to when the races actually start and can do this on my computer/phone but not on the Apple TV app. The third frustrating feature is not being able to pay a small fee to not be shown ads at all. I would be willing to pay monthly to not have to watch ads during the replays. I look forward to some more user friendly and functional updates in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you were excited about the Apple TV app, and we're sorry that some aspects of the experience have been disappointing so far. We understand how frustrating it is not to be able to skip the first ad or jump ahead to the point where the action begins, and we're currently working on improvements in both of these areas to make replays much easier to navigate. We also appreciate your suggestion about offering an ad‑free option. While this isn't available at the moment, feedback like yours is very valuable and helps shape future development discussions. Please make sure to keep the app updated, as we'll continue delivering improvements to the Apple TV experience. If you encounter any other issues or have more suggestions, you're always welcome to reach us at support@eurovisionsport.com.
