more What's new in this version:
- Layaways: you can now collect an installment with a payment link. The customer pays from their phone and the installment is recorded on the layaway automatically.
- Get notified the moment an installment is paid through a link.
- Refunds and disputes: when closing a full refund or a dispute, you decide whether the item goes back into inventory.
- The dashboard shows collected layaway installments, separate from sales.
- Clearer error messages and various stability fixes.
2.11 Sep 22
What's new in this version:
- Refunds with more context: when a refund is approved, the history shows who requested it and who approved it.
- New filters in the links list: refunds in progress, partial refunds and disputed payments, each with its own count.
- Disputed payments are now clearly identified in the list and detail, with direct access to review them.
- The app loads faster and uses less data when refreshing lists.
- Clearer messages and various stability fixes.
2.10 Sep 6
What's new in this version:
- Payment link invoices: you can now view them and send them by email right from the link's detail.
- Improved refunds: they can be started from the link's detail, with a manager's confirmation when needed.
- Refund tracking: the status is visible on the detail and updates on its own once confirmed. Links with a refund in progress or a partial refund are now distinguished in the list.
- Account status notices are more visible to the whole team, and if the account was paused, the app reactivates on its own once resolved.
- Clearer messages and various stability fixes.
2.9 Sep 3
What's new in this version:
- Notification center: tap the bell in the top right to see your notification history — payments received, operations messages and price alerts. Tap any of them and it takes you straight to what it announces, just like the original notification.
- Metal prices per gram or per troy ounce: pick the unit in the prices dialog and it's remembered. It only changes how the reference price is displayed; it does not affect Gold Purchase.
- Safer quick access on manager accounts: it now requires Face ID or Touch ID instead of the device passcode, so on a shared tablet the store's passcode isn't enough to resume a manager's session. Seller accounts are unchanged.
- Journal report with custom dates: picking a range no longer resets the screen, and the report updates on its own as you adjust the dates.
- More resilient reports: if a store location doesn't respond, the report still shows the rest and tells you which ones were missing.
- Clearer access notices: if your company or location loses access, you now see the reason instead of a screen that fails without explaining.
- Fixes: duplicate charges and transfers are prevented on retry, the customer search no longer carries over a previous selection, large amounts display in full, and various stability fixes.
2.8 Jul 29
What's new in this version:
- Layaways, renewed: see each layaway's products with their reference code (tap a code to copy it), call the customer in one tap from the detail, and download or email the invoice at any time — no need to wait until it's paid off.
- Fairer overdue status: a layaway is marked overdue based on days since the last payment, and shows you how many days it's been.
- Search layaways by the customer's phone number.
- Clearer layaway detail: key customer info on top, money in one place, and products and payments side by side on large screens.
- Payment disputes at a glance: if a payment gets disputed, the link shows its status with a shortcut to manage it in Stripe. Refunds pause while a dispute is open to prevent duplicate refunds.
- Subscription reminders for admins: if your company's subscription payment fails, authorized users see a notice with a shortcut to fix it.
- Gold purchase notifications: tap the notification and the list takes you straight to that purchase.
- Redesigned buttons and notices: more compact, polished controls throughout the app.
- Stability tweaks and visual fixes (including the metal prices indicator, which no longer overlaps any screen).
2.7 Jul 21
What's new in this version:
- Fix: on iPhone, the metal prices button no longer overlaps the actions on a payment link's detail screen — it now hides automatically on those screens and reappears when you leave.
- Live metal prices: check the reference price of gold — with a per-karat breakdown (24K, 22K, 18K, 14K, 10K) — plus silver, platinum and palladium, right from the app.
- One-tap access: a floating gold medallion shows you prices when you need them, and you can hide it from Settings if you prefer a clean screen.
- Manual price refresh for enabled users, with a counter of remaining refreshes. (Based on your company's permissions.)
- Price alerts: get a notification when the metal you care about moves. (Based on your company's setup.)
- Gold movement at a glance: the spot price now shows how much it moved today.
- Notifications that take you where it matters: tap a payment notification and land on the exact link; informational messages are shown again in the app so you never lose one.
- Stability tweaks and visual refinements throughout the app.

What's new in this version:
- Per-link payment methods: choose which methods (card, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) each payment link accepts, without touching your global settings. The app shows which methods apply for the amount. (Based on your company's permissions.)
- Manager approval: if you can't modify prices, a manager can approve the change on the spot, on your device — and the link records who requested and who approved it. (Permission-based.)
- Void gold purchases: correct a receipt created by mistake, with a required reason and an audit trail. (Permission-based.)
- You can now cancel in-flight operations (payments, refunds, purchases) on slow connections — retrying is safe, nothing ever duplicates.
- Faster: the dashboard loads less data, images are cached on device, plus stability fixes.
2.5 Jul 10
What's new in this version:
- Product Transfers: move inventory between your stores by scanning each piece's tag, with a detailed result for every transfer. (Enabled based on your company's permissions.)
- Scan barcodes to add products when creating a payment link — faster, no typing.
- Much more reliable on slow connections: retry on every screen, pull to refresh, and cancel in-flight operations.
- Clearer messages for "no internet" vs "server not responding".
- Session stability improvements and minor fixes.

What's New in 2.3
Journal Report: a new read-only report for managers showing POS and posted sales by payment method, instance by instance — with combined volume, the top journal, and period filters (1 day to 1 year, or a custom range). A clear at-a-glance view of how each store closes out.
A richer dashboard: the manager dashboard now shows a live preview of the Journal Report alongside KPIs and Finances, all in one place.
Experience and stability improvements: better card layout in portrait and landscape, a lighter startup, smoother rotation, and various refinements.

Gold purchases: record gold buys from your customers right in the app, with seller details and an instant PDF receipt.
Redesigned Finances: a new Stripe view with your available balance, next payout, transfers, transactions, and a period summary (gross, fee, and net) over 7, 30, or 90 days.
Payment link health: see each link's attempts and a clear verdict — healthy, keep trying, or cancel — to understand why a charge didn't go through.
