I went to the SKZ concert on the 10th and my light stick wouldn’t connect at all many people tried to help me. I did everything exactly as they did when they arrived and it wouldn’t work. I made sure my battery was full and that it was connected to the app but every time I would close my phone it would disconnect. Also the ticket registration was blank i don’t know if that’s why it wouldn’t work or not but I was very upset because I didn’t get to participate it the lights part. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times trying to get the ticket registration to reset but it didn’t work. I had been trying for months. This was my first skz concert and I was disappointed with my light stick but loved and enjoyed the concert.

The ticket registration was confusing because when I tried to connect the lights tick to my seat the page was basically blank with barely any information,I’m assuming that if this doesn’t work for me that it won’t be that big of a deal for me at the concert and that’s why they don’t try and fix this glitch but I’m still pretty unhappy about it. I jdon’t know if this is how it is for everyone or just a glitch with only a few people but I hope this came be fixed before my concert.

Ticket registration page doesn’t work at all, also when you go to change the picture on the little screen it makes you go through the process of connecting your light stick multiple times and the picture doesn’t show up unless the app is closed. Whole app is very janky and difficult to use and missing a key feature (ticket registration). Additionally if I turn on the light stick without the app, all the bulbs are the same color (white), if i use the app, a single bulb is the wrong color and will never be the same as the others because it cycles slightly off every time. I would say it’s an issue with my stick but it only happens when using the app, otherwise the stick itself is perfect.

I’m attending a concert in June and really wanted to register the ticket to the app but as many others also have said, there is no option to! Hoping for a fix very soon 🙏🙏🙏EDIT: I was very confused and no one online could help but when you attend a concert it AUTOMATICALLY syncs up, you don’t need the app at all unless you want to play around with the colors and display on your own time. I REPEAT do not worry if you’re attending a show and can’t register your ticket, just being in proximity will sync your light stick to the concert 🫶🫶
