Linking tickets for our family should be a no brainer

I can’t find any way to link tix my wife bought to this app so I can use them as an e-ticket. Then, when I try to send a message to customer service, the sending wheel just keeps spinning. With most trips to Orando being families, it should be SUPER EASY & obvious to link tix so every attendee has their own
