What's new in this update: Secure albums show up in the list as soon as you make one. They were always saved, but the list did not refresh until you left and came back. A password on a Secure album QR code is now optional. Tap "What is the difference?" on that screen to see which one suits you. Clearer wording on who can save your photos in a Secure album. The sign in and sign up screens keep the Albumer look whichever appearance you pick.

What's new in this update: The Albumer Widget now plays your whole album or folder, not just the newest few photos, and it keeps up as the people you share with add more. Clearer directions for adding the widget to your home screen, for both iPhone and Android. Every screen now shares the same bar at the top, so moving around the app feels like one app. Open an album and you can see what is really in it: photos in the album, how many folders, and the total. Tap Folders to see them all in one list. Rate a photo somebody sent you as a puzzle, change your rating later, and see what everyone gave it. Free accounts can now send videos up to 3 minutes, up from 30 seconds. Clearing finished games clears memory games too.

What's new in this update: Pick how Albumer looks. Albumer Blue is the look you know, Darkroom is near black so your photos light up, and Cloth is bookbinding green and brass. Choose one in Profile, under Appearance. Puzzle Albums now keep score: photos won, games solved, and how many are waiting for you. Signing in with Google works properly again, and tells you what to do if it does not. A Secure album's printed QR code works now. Set a password when you make the sign, and give it to your guests at the door. Text reads more clearly throughout the app.

What's new in this update: Say something with your puzzle or memory game. Write a note when you send it, and the person you sent it to sees your message right above the game. If they do not have Albumer yet, your note now leads the text they get, so it reads like a message from you instead of an app invite. Choosing who to send a game to is steadier, with no hiccups while your people load.

Fixes and improvements in this update: Buttons and tiles no longer sit underneath your phone's navigation bar. Pinch, drag and double tap to zoom in on any photo. Memory game photos now load properly, with no blank cards. Every game shows what is waiting for you to play, and you can always send a new one without finishing one first. Album admins can ask members who have not added their photos yet. Anyone asked can turn those reminders off for that album on their own. Photos now keep the date they were taken, so suggestions based on dates are accurate.

The home-screen widget now works on iPhone. Point it at an album, or at a folder you have shared with friends and family so everyone can add photos to it, and your home screen fills up with pictures from the people you love. Also fixed: memory game photos now appear the moment you flip a tile, instead of arriving late or not at all. Buttons at the bottom of the screen no longer sit underneath the phone's navigation bar.

A cleaner home screen. Every part of Albumer is now one tap away, from your albums and games to events, printing and secure albums. Fixes in this release: Joining an album with a code no longer fails at the last step. You can send a memory game even when one is already waiting for you. Comments and journal entries show names properly. A long list of smaller repairs throughout the app.

A new way to play: the memory game. Send four to twelve photos, they flip tiles to find the pairs, and matching them all saves the photos to an album you both share. Choosing who gets a puzzle now takes one or several people at once, and picking several starts a group game on the spot. Every people list holds your phone contacts as well as your Albumer friends, so anyone can be invited by text. You can now share photos straight into an album or folder from your phone's gallery, without opening Albumer first. Albumer also spots photos on your phone taken the same day as an album and offers to add them. Long press any photo for a secret album, a puzzle, or your widget. The Puzzles tab now opens a game right away, and the Profile menu is organised into clear groups.

Puzzle groups are here. Make a group, send one photo to everyone at once, then watch the standings: fastest solve, most wins, most rounds sent, and whose photos people rate highest. Rate each photo 1 to 10 after you solve it. Choosing who to send to is now its own page, with search, your Albumer friends and your phone contacts together. Folders look like cards now and hold a description and journal entries. You can also preview a photo before you send it, and clear finished puzzles out of your Games list.

Sending a photo puzzle is now instant: pick any photo straight from your phone gallery, with no need to make an album first. Your Friends list is now two clear sections, the friends you have on Albumer and your phone contacts, each with its own Show all, and one search across both. Also fixed: the keyboard in the Friends search now closes when you tap away.

Like any photo! Tap the heart in the photo viewer to like it, and see how many likes each photo has. Also fixed: the photo menu on Android now always shows a Cancel button and closes when you tap outside it. Plus small polish throughout.
