Keeps crashing horrible app

Whenever I try to use the sessions tab the app crashes. I can use all other tabs except booking a session which is extremely frustrating. How am I supposed to book my sessions when trying to use that function crashes the app no matter how many times I delete reinstall or force restart my iPhone. Developers need to take something like this seriously so people can actually get the help they need and deserve.

I have not been able to get this app to work since downloading it. I have been working with their support staff for weeks trying to troubleshoot, but everytime I go to try and schedule an appointment, it crashes. Since the app is the only means to book an appointment, it’s pretty useless.

Hard to set up account. Hard to reach out to the customer team. Sent email a week ago but haven’t heard anything from them. They say they wanted to help your mental health, I think they are doing the opposite.
