As a property manager, I've often struggled to find reliable handymen for my tenants. That all changed when a friend recommended InstaService to me. It was a game-changer! I used their general handyman service with a Father's Day special coupon for 2 hours. The handyman arrived right on time and efficiently tackled all the household issues that had been pending for the past year. My tenant was thrilled with the quick and professional service, and it significantly improved our relationship. Thanks to InstaService, my tenant is now very friendly, and I have peace of mind knowing I have a dependable solution for any future maintenance needs. If you want hassle-free, prompt, and professional service, InstaService is your answer!

At first glance, the app looks useful because it lists several services like bathroom cleaning, handyman work, general plumbing, TV mounting, and device installation, all at different prices. But that pricing is misleading. The reality is that you apparently cannot book a service unless the total is at least $120. That is a huge detail, and it is not presented clearly upfront. Showing lower-cost service options that customers cannot actually book is frustrating and feels deceptive. What makes it worse is the customer support, which is either terrible or nonexistent. I tried reaching out for help, but the app crashes every single time I attempt to send a message to support. The app fails at the exact moment you need help the most. So not only is the booking experience broken, but the support system is broken too. This app creates the impression that you have choices, flexible pricing, and support if something goes wrong. In reality, you hit hidden limits, dead ends, and crashes. If your service is under $120, do not expect a smooth booking experience. And if you need help, do not expect support to save the situation. An app that blocks bookings, hides important restrictions, and crashes when contacting support is not ready to be trusted

I am very pleased with the utility of this site and service. First thing, my project was picked up by a technician right away. Folks from InstaService called and updated me when technician was late for 5 minutes because of traffic. Excellent communication there. Technician was awesome, he knew exactly how to resolve our issue and came with all the required tools. Also he was accommodative and picked up other tasks without any hesitation and did a wonderful job in completing all of them. Thank you team !!!!!

Key strengths of the site:-not wordy and to the point in description-popular/primary services are at the front page-navigation is easy and comprehensible-referral and unique proposition at the bottom is to the point for its benefits-category of services and user information regarding the dimensions of a utility/room, how many, desired time, # of pets, and services included are easily to select and comprehensible y digestible to readCons:-while cleaning options are have the customizability and necessary info provided for the customer, this is not given the same attention to detail in the “furniture assembly option.” While you can comment before purchase, lack of a general description to what requires assembly makes it hard to understand how to help the customer and what types of tools would be needed.-especially in the furniture assembly page, there are repetitive bullet points used to imply a member of the team copy and pasted the information. This type of sloppiness is unacceptable as it creates doubt in the user’s mind when it comes to professionalism on the part of the business.
