• A new, faster way to sign in: an email link, passkeys (Face ID or fingerprint), Apple, Google or your phone number. See your devices and sign out everywhere in Sign-in & Security. • Every order now shows how it will be handed over: picked up by Shpper, dropped at a partner, or delivered straight to the buyer with a PIN. • For travelers: an FX calc beside item prices, the buyer's own price in its currency (like USD or EUR), "Edit details" on your offers, and a quick check of what you're bringing. • For buyers: a clearer payment confirmation, and the request and order numbers (RIN and PNR) always at hand. • In chat: tap to translate the reason on payment, refund and cancel requests. • Smoother everywhere: images load reliably, trip dates show the day you fly, a clearer item page, and many stability fixes.

• Add items to a paid order, and pay only for what the traveler can bring. • See what the traveler changed in their offer. • Edited your request? Offers wait until travelers confirm it. • Partial refunds show which items couldn't be bought. • Tips and ratings now appear right in the order chat. • A new Rewards page to redeem your points, with gift cards where available. • Faster start: your chats and requests are ready right away. • Bug fixes and improvements.

Critical bug fixes and improvements

What's new • Reply to a chat right from the notification, or mark it as read or mute it. • Keep more than one eSIM on your account: name each one and top up in two taps. Browse eSIM plans before you sign in. • Signing up and joining as a traveler are simpler, one step at a time. • Security improvements. • UI and performance updates. • Bug fixes.

TRAVEL JOURNAL Every trip you've made as a Shpper traveller, drawn on a 3D globe you can spin. See your flights, the countries, cities and continents you've reached, the distance you've covered and your time in the skies, for the last 12 months or since your first trip. Tap any route to open that flight, then share your travel map with friends. You'll find it on your profile. ORDER WORKSPACE Travellers get a private workspace on every order: notes and photos, what you've spent, a checklist you can add your own tasks to, and a currency converter that works as a calculator. The buyer never sees it. SHPPER ON APPLE WATCH Your order's status, your next flight and your wallet, on your wrist. Read your chats and reply by text, rate orders once they're delivered, and check how much eSIM data you have left. Add Shpper to your watch face or the Smart Stack. Everything comes from your iPhone, so there's nothing to sign in to, and your details stay hidden when your wrist is down. eSIM, REDESIGNED All your active packages in one place, with the data left on each at a glance. Turn on auto-renewal as you buy, and your package renews from your wallet before the data runs out. Alerts now name the package you're actually using, sale prices show on the plan itself, and a new eSIM widget keeps your data on your Home Screen. NEW PROFILES Your profile and everyone else's have a new, clearer design: who they are, their username, their followers and their record on Shpper, at a glance. And a request or trip that's no longer available now takes you to its owner's profile, with a button to chat, instead of a dead end. AT HOME ON EVERY SCREEN Shpper now makes proper use of iPad, with more columns where there's room, and holds together on the smallest iPhone and at the largest text sizes. Screens across the app were reworked so nothing is cut off or squeezed. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS Paying with your wallet and a card together has a new, clearer screen. Asking for a refund opens a full page instead of a small pop-up. IN ARABIC Country, city and currency names now read correctly, @usernames appear the right way round, and wording across the app is shorter and clearer in both languages. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE High Priority requests reach more travellers, and the Cockpit now counts active orders in your earnings. My Tickets has moved to the More page. Trips have fresh city photos. Signing out no longer closes the app. Plus many smaller fixes.

PRIVATE DEALS You can now deal with one person instead of the whole marketplace. Send a request to a single traveller, or send an offer straight from someone's profile or your chat with them. Both sides see who the deal is with, and it stays between you — no bonus hunting, no automated calls. YOUR ORDER REMEMBERS HOW IT STARTED Opening an order used to mean starting a conversation from nothing. It now carries the discussion that produced it — the request, the trip and the offer it came from — so the traveller you have been talking to for a week is not suddenly a stranger. EVERYTHING IN THE CHAT, INSIDE THE CHAT Pin, archive, labels, mute, clear, report and block were only reachable from the inbox. They are all inside the conversation now. The attachment sheet has been reordered and redrawn, and clearing a chat no longer depends on your phone's clock agreeing with the sender's. eSIM Alerts before your data runs out, automatic renewal, and Miles accepted as payment. Country and region names now read properly in Arabic, and a sold-out plan no longer looks like something you did wrong. REWARDS The programme page has been rebuilt: a readable tier banner, a progress bar that actually shows progress, and every benefit given its own icon rather than a wall of grey text. SUPPORT Opening a ticket takes fewer taps. Categories are colour-coded and visible at a glance instead of hidden in a dropdown, and urgent issues are marked as urgent where you can see it. MONEY, SAID PLAINLY VAT is shown as VAT, not folded into a platform fee. Withdrawals report the same state in the app as our team sees. Refunds that arrive after a payout is released now take the money back correctly. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Traveller trip cards, request and offer pages, the buyer home and the traveller cockpit have all been reworked. Lists load with placeholders instead of spinners. Around 90 buttons that were only tappable on their icon now respond across their whole surface. Plus security hardening and a long list of fixes.

• Clearer chats — every conversation now shows what it's about, so you can find the right one at a glance • More reliable notifications — fewer missed messages and order updates • Smoother checkout — we fixed several issues when paying • eSIM improvements • Bug fixes and performance improvements throughout Thanks for using Shpper.

Travel eSIMs are here. • eSIM for your trip — buy a data plan inside the app and activate it instantly in over 100 countries. No roaming charges, no queues at the airport. Prefer to use your points? You can pay with those instead. • Your own profile — choose a @username and an avatar, follow the people you like dealing with, and read their reviews before you commit. • A smoother app — we have added animations across the whole app, redesigned the trip route view, and tidied up the layout wherever it needed it. • Lots of fixes — plenty of small bugs squashed and a good number of screens made faster. Thank you for travelling with Shpper.
