Fixes and improvements • Treats stay free everywhere: in the cart, when moving part of a table, at payment and on quick close. They are never charged. • Cancelling an item on a table ordered by QR now works correctly, and you are told if a cancel didn't go through. • A temporary receipt now records the sale as paid and closed. • Quick close always closes the right table. • Stock per size now counts only the items of that size.

New connection indicator • A bar at the bottom of the screen turns amber when the link to the server is unstable and red when it is lost. Tap it for details. It replaces the "No connection" message. • The KDS tab updates by itself when a new order arrives. • After a connection drop, Checkout refreshes the table's balance by itself. • The app keeps the language you used last, even when it starts without a connection. • Fixes: the discount window always opens at zero, and Cart on Daily offers no longer shows an error before you pick a table.

More reliable payments and loyalty discounts • If the terminal doesn't answer, the app no longer freezes: it tells you the card may have been charged, and for how much — check the terminal before charging again. • A card is booked only once it goes through; if it doesn't, the selection clears and the table can't be closed as cash by mistake. • You are charged exactly what you selected, and a part-payment marks exactly those items. • Loyalty discounts are no longer given twice when you repeat an order, and they carry over when you move a table. • A printer problem can no longer make an issued order slip look unissued. • Dates follow the shop's own time — and so do the records sent to myDATA.

More reliable card payments • If the terminal doesn't answer, the app no longer freezes: it tells you the card may have been charged, and for how much — check the terminal before charging again. • A card is booked only once it goes through; if it doesn't, the selection clears and the table can't be closed as cash by mistake. • You are charged exactly what you selected, and a part-payment marks exactly those items. • Each charge stays tied to its own order. • Dates follow the shop's own time — and so do the records sent to myDATA.

Reliability improvements for orders, payments and printing • If the internet drops while you're sending an order or closing a table, the app no longer freezes, and a payment is never recorded twice. • Card payments are always recorded, even if the connection drops at the moment of charging. • Order slips: after cancelling or reducing an item they now print correctly — right lines, total and VAT. • More accurate per-waiter statistics, plus receipt printing fixes, including for shops outside Greece.

Reliability improvements for orders and payments • If the internet drops while you're sending an order or closing a table, the app no longer freezes. You get a clear message, the buttons unlock, and you can safely retry. • If closing a table doesn't complete, the table no longer stays open with the risk of the same payment being recorded twice. • Order slips: after cancelling or reducing an item, the corrected slip now prints correctly — right lines, total and VAT breakdown. • Receipt printing fixes for shops outside Greece.

• Fixed an issue with order slips: after cancelling or reducing an item, the corrected slip could show the wrong lines — it now prints correctly, with the right total and VAT breakdown. • Fixed an issue where, if closing a table did not complete, the table stayed open and the same payment could be recorded twice. Closing now completes safely, and you are notified if something does not reach the server.

• Fixed an issue where the app could return to the table plan while an order was being sent, making the order appear not to have gone through. • More reliable card payments: automatic recovery if the app is interrupted mid-transaction, and you can retry immediately after a decline. • Improved stability: an unexpected error now shows a recovery screen instead of closing the app — your tables and payments stay safe. • Fixes to the Bulgarian and Turkish translations.

• Much faster when returning to the app — the full product catalogue is no longer re-downloaded on every wake-up or reconnect. • Menu and price changes still update immediately.

• Fixes the table plan becoming unresponsive after a weak-signal moment — it no longer stops accepting taps and needs the app restarted. • The app now reconnects and catches up correctly after losing signal, including refreshing the table you have open. • Removed a duplicate background connection that made the app do every update twice. • The floor plan now clearly shows when it is being updated from the back office.

• Prices now show two decimals everywhere, so the same item can't read differently on two screens. • The table plan no longer flashes during service, and shows clearly when the floor plan is being updated from the back office. • Kitchen screen: ticking dishes as delivered now marks only the dishes you selected. • VISA and CASH are further apart on the order screen, so they can't be mis-tapped. • Disabled buttons now look disabled, and error messages are easier to read. • The out-of-stock message can be dismissed by tapping anywhere.

Reliability fixes for payments on a weak connection: • A receipt is no longer issued unless the server has confirmed the table is paid. • Payments and table closes made while the connection is dropping are now retried and confirmed instead of being silently lost, so a table can no longer stay open with a receipt already printed. • Clearer message when a close is still pending — no risk of charging or closing twice.

• Loyalty rewards and vouchers redeemed by guests in the web checkout are now applied when the table is settled on the PDA. • Fixed an issue where re-sending an order after a failed send could add the items to the table twice. • Weighted (per-kg) items now print their grams on a separate line, so long product names are no longer overprinted. • Raster-mode printers now print through the correct renderer — proper font size and character set on older printer models. • Fixed crashes when printing receipts with a delivery address, and in the fiscal receipt flow. • Reprinted order slips now show the original order time instead of the reprint time. • International support: the Greek tax identity (ΑΦΜ/ΔΟΥ) is no longer printed on non-Greek receipts, restaurants without a floor plan can sign in, and the first order for a newly set-up restaurant no longer fails. • Fixes for free items, partial payments and zero-rate VAT items.

Order-send reliability fixes: • Re-sending an order after a failed or slow send no longer duplicates the items on the table. • The Send button no longer unlocks early after a myDATA error, so a second send can't start for the same order.

• More reliable table closing: if the app is interrupted while issuing a receipt or closing a table, the sale now completes automatically the next time the app opens — no more stuck tables or missing receipts • New: self-supply document (Δελτίο αυτοπαράδοσης) for complimentary items, printed with full VAT analysis (enabled per store in Settings) • Stability improvements

What's new • More reliable card payments and receipts • Accurate totals for products sold by weight (per-kilo) • Smoother table transfers — no lost items or payments • Automatic receipt recovery when the myDATA/AADE link briefly drops • Card-terminal support for additional currencies • Stability and performance improvements

Fix: in rare cases where a product was added with a rapid double-tap, the table total could show less than the sum of its items. The total is now always derived directly from the order's items, so the cashier screen, receipt, and balance always agree.

In this version we added a server hook that enumerates the items of an order correctly for legacy versions. Furthermore in table order transfer and partial transfer we fetch the live table before transferring. This way we eliminate any conflicts if a waiter places additional items in the order during the transfer.

What's new: • More reliable card payments — fixed cases where items stayed "unpaid" even though the charge had gone through. • If the app closes mid-checkout, the sale now completes automatically on relaunch — no lost sales. • More stable auto-archive table closing. • New progress indicator while the receipt is being issued. • Fixed a false "No internet connection" message during checkout.

Advanced payment security is introduced. In this version we guarded Viva payments through the card terminal connected to the waiter app against Viva webhooks firing multiple times. The OCC lock and the CAS mode still remain as guards for concurrent payments of the same item. Only one payment gets through.

In this version we streamlined all concurrent operations like simultaneous payment of an item from different waiters or concurrent transfers of a a table order from different waiters etc. We used advanced techniques like OCC (Optimistic Concurrency Control) and CAS (Compare-And-Swap).

In this version we upgraded the lock during transfer of an order from table to table so that no concurrent operation on that table can be made during the transfer.

In this version we streamlined the discount order flow in the payment screen.

We correctly developed the concurrent payment lock. Now if two waiters or managers in the restaurant try to simultaneously pay the same item an Alert will show and only the first one who tried gets through the payment.
