The positives first … App may be primitive but it does exactly what I need it to do. It provides me instantaneous feedback on the state of my tanks and it matches exactly what’s on my in-house monitor. That is a a great thing. The negative is that it hasn’t progressed in two years. The alarm is stupid. No sound just a notification which I argue is not an alarm. This needs to improve dramatically. If app is closed. Nothing. Come on gents. At this stage, you can probably get AI to get you the rest of the way home.
Rudimentary app
DYFN63
The app is still primitive and can use a lot of improvements in both GUI and functionality. The alarm function is in beta and not working as the alarm is only triggered when the app is active in the foreground and the level alarms appear has to be in the same direction, ie all tanks high level or all tanks low level, can not be a combination or it will trigger false alarms.
Updated UI not good
Dcjjc
Im posting what the previous person shared, as they are exactly my complaints with the app as well.Giddy up, Buddy!Hi. You updated the UI by making it smaller. The tank numbers are not easy to read. Keep in mind that most people using this are not GenZ. Most likely Boomers. Also, you should allow the app to show properly in landscape mode if the iPhone or iPad are sideways.3 stars for effort. Will add more stars if you get the message.
Very Buggy
Blue Beak
As noted, the app is very buggy to include inaccessible tank level readings and inconsistent readings. It appears that the app is not being maintained. Please fix the app as the functions provided are of great benefit. Not doing so reflects poorly on your company.
