Improve your health and get your body in motion with ATOMIC. Atomic is specifically designed to assist youth with Multiple Sclerosis to live healthier more active lives. Start your adventure by creating your personalized Avatar and begin collecting coins to unlock your adventure map. Collect coins to buy items for your Avatar so you can progress to the next level. ATOMIC will connect you to tailored physical activity information and feedback on your current physical activity level – through Fitbit enabled activity tracking. Physical activity coaches provide in app support to help you set goals, stay on track and provide you with motivation and advice on how to get moving.
Track Activity- ATOMIC connects to Fitbit data and allows you to review your daily step counts, active minutes and heart rate.
Goal Setting – Set weekly physical activity step and activity minute goals to help you stay motivated and on track.
Leaderboard - Check in with your peers and see who has the most coins with our leaderboard. Encourage and cheer on your friends by giving them a high-five.
Learn – Access tailored physical activity information on how to set goals and daily activity targets, as well as how to overcome barriers and stay motivated to be active with our physical activity modules.
Discuss - Connect with your peers and our physical activity coaches, talk about how to stay motivated and focused using our discussion board.
Support- Connect with our trained physical activity coaches who will provided personalized support and help you reach your physical activity goals. Use our in app text to ask questions or connect with your coach.
