Attendance Management • Out-of-Location Punch: Display as "P - OD" in the attendance Timesheet. • Apply penalties: • Late In / Early Out: Applied only if shift hours are completed. • On every fourth day, generate a notification for pending attendance and leave to reduce workload on payroll day. • In the member application, during punch in/out: • Check for the work report first, followed by the face scan. • Home Screen Attendance shift details and show flat progress. • Hide show attendance hours on Home Screen and Time sheet by 'hide working hours' flag. • Travel mode save default selection and include compass features in location screen. Leave Management • Employee can be able to apply multiple leaves for same day with the different leave type with the sum of 1 full-day leave. • If an employee does not have sufficient balance for a specific leave type: • Disable the option to apply for that leave. • Allow employees to apply for Leave Without Pay (LWP) as an alternative. • Leaves (Admin view): • For Pending Leave: added a multiple selection for approving or rejecting leaves • For Auto Leave: added a multiple selection for deleting auto leaves • Short Leaves: To be calculated according to flexible timings.
