The ‘Record of Clinical Practicum’ is an electronic record for the documentation of the activities that a student who is studying the Bachelor of Nursing with Honours in the General Health Care programme undertakes during clinical placement. For each Clinical Practicum, the student should record his or her level of competence for each of the clinical items and ensure that he or she has completed all of the learning outcomes as required. The student should then promptly input the data into this electronic record during the Clinical Practicum, and make sure to upload this record regularly to the University for monitoring.
