Policyholder support for Insurance Agents to help them
SIM’s AGNT provides a mobile application for the Policy Holders (the AGNT App) that will benefit them through identification of a potential health event, such as a hospital visit, dental visit or prescription drug purchase through the use of customized GeoFencing of the Policy Holder’s providers. On identification of a potential health event, the AGNT App will also help inform them of the steps to file a claim, provide links to carrier websites and streamline the claims submission process, especially for seniors.
