I’ve been using the Yellow app for about two months, and while it’s not perfect (let’s face it, no dating app is), it’s remarkably user-friendly. When I’m in a hurry, I post a personal ad for a quick hookup, and it consistently delivers results. On more relaxed nights, I hang out at the night bar (the feature I love the most), waiting for girls to join my table. And yes, I’ve met some attractive ladies through the app! 😄 Remember, dating apps can be hit or miss, My counsel to anyone, regardless of man or woman, is to engage more in face-to-face conversations and to reduce reliance on smartphones. Modern dating can often feel complacent, as it rests on shaky foundations. Other reviews say this app is fast growing. I don’t see much evidence that that’s true. If you spend any time on the app, you’ll see the same profiles repeated, sometimes multiple times in a row, after you’ve passed on them. And many of the profiles are clearly inactive (users referencing quarantine and pandemic lockdowns would indicate the accounts haven’t been updated since 2020!). You also see significantly less info on a profile compared to pretty much any other dating or hookup app. The interface seems kind of fun and different at first, but it gets old when you realize that just like other apps, there are nasty paywalls (you have to pay a minimum of $18 per month just to see who likes your account) and a really shoddy, underdeveloped level of account management: the report feature has a box that says “aslo block this person” (yes, that is how also is spelled on this app) and doesn’t distinguish between objective and subjective pronouns so you’ll read a bio that says “something about she”. The whole app just feels like it was made by scammers, dumped on the App Store, and then never updated or developed. I’m only giving it two stars because it’s comparatively cheaper than other similar apps (though still a ripoff) and it doesn’t hide the fact that it’s intended for hookups. If you do manage to actually land a hookup off of this app though, you’re the exception, not the rule, and you probably live in an overpopulated part of the US where you could just as easily get head by hanging out under a bridge for long enough.

I will take my money back at any time. Literally everyone on this app wants cash up front to scam you. Literally everyone. Such a joke of an app. If you don’t believe me try it for yourselves. I have never seen such a scammer only app in my life. I actually found one lady that was real and that’s it. She wasn’t interested in anything other than lame conversation I suspected that when a female asks if you want to hook up and you say yes they immediately give you a telegram number. They will then tell you they like you and it’s only a 100 charge and asking 50 in Apple Pay as a deposit. I went on the dive and I found someone that would accept 20 and wanted to see what would happen the address promised never came and the next text said oh ya I forgot I don’t trust your condom so buy it for 25 from me. I sent it knowing it was a lie. Of course I got an apt complex address no #. I said on the way and they said oh ya I need 150 cleaning fee for my own apt in case I make a mess. They kept saying I swear trust me that’s it. That person won’t stop asking to complete the payment. It’s either a bot or foreigner cuz be respond to questions with the same few words and when I said something foul it’s like I didn’t even daily it. This pattern happened for every female I matches with except one. Site is a scammers haven
