Stations is the new name for Presset, rebuilt around the feeling of tuning a real hi-fi receiver. A station dial, glowing dot-matrix displays and a redesigned Now Playing screen make every station easier to explore. New • Tune across Personal, Genre and Library stations with an infinite dial, precise haptics and a fixed tuner needle. • Dot-matrix displays show the station and song on the dial, Now Playing and widgets. • Station Detail is now a receiver: stacked artwork above a dot-matrix display, with the song queue below. • Now Playing has hi-fi transport keys and a dot-matrix deck clock. • Widgets get a 2000s hi-fi receiver face with a transport key to start playback. • On iPad and iPhone Duo, layouts adapt to every pose. Fully open, artwork, controls and the song queue share one screen; half open, the receiver sits above the fold with songs below. • Recognize a song or search for one to open its station. Improved • Station colors shape the background while controls stay clear and readable. • Search, playlist sheets, Settings and station details share the same design language. • Better support for Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, landscape and changing window sizes. Fixed • More reliable station tuning, playback refresh, artwork colors and Apple Music privacy setup.

Search for a song and turn it into a station. The new Search tab takes you from a track you know to a full station, with the right artwork, title and song list ready to play. New • Open an artist’s station straight from Now Playing. • See artwork in the Dynamic Island while a station is playing. Improved • On iOS 27, Presset keeps station details and controls in sync more reliably on the Lock Screen and across system playback. • Localisation has been corrected across supported languages, including clearer radio-station wording in Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Fixed • Search now handles changing queries, empty results, connection errors and retries without getting stuck.

Presset 4.1 makes Now Playing feel much more alive. - The redesigned Now Playing screen adds a playback scrubber, favourites, sharing, audio-quality details, artwork-driven colours, subtle motion, and a responsive animated background. - Station pages now show the artists behind each station and let you open their station details. - System playback controls, Live Activities, personal stations, and song-list refreshes are more reliable. - Settings now reports Apple Music access more clearly.

Presset 4.0 is a full station polish release. - Discovery, Personal, and mood stations now have richer station pages with animated artwork, cleaner song rows, and faster playback actions. - Play now starts the loaded station songs in order, while Shuffle queues a shuffled set without leaving shuffle mode stuck on. - The mini player, full Now Playing screen, widgets, App Intents, Spotlight, Siri, Control Centre controls, and Live Activities have all been tightened around station playback. - Purchases have been removed for this release.
