Introducing our brand new Care section. Care is here to help you proactively manage your pet's health with vaccine reminders, history, and all your appointments in one place. We've also redesigned our home screen to bring the Care features front and centre so you can access your new reminders with just a tap. We've also added a few extra tweaks and bug fixes to keep our service working smoothly.

Small bug fixes

Small tweaks and bug fixes as well as a new card on your home screen to make it even easier to refer your furry friends.

You can now reschedule your appointments directly in the app without needing to use the Chat feature. In just a few taps you can reschedule your appointment to a time that works for you.

We're making chat better! You can now see when we're online and get updates on availability.

We've rebuilt the Chat screen to make it easier to stay on top of your most recent chats and we're optimised the experience for our waitlist customers.

You can now add booking notes if your pet is unwell or injured to help your vet team prepare for your appointment. And for anyone needing travel docs, you can now find all the information you need in the app.
