Guidelines for Ongoing Subscription Membership:
1. Subscription Service & Subscription Period: Our subscription service offers flexible billing options with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, providing users with exclusive member features throughout their chosen subscription period.
2. Payment: Upon the confirmation of the purchase, the amount will be deducted from the user’s Apple account.
3. Cancellation & Renewal: To cancel automatic renewal for HelloVoice, users must disable it at least 24 hours before the subscription expires; otherwise, it will be automatically renewed 24 hours prior to the expiry date. The charges for the membership service will be deducted automatically from the Apple account (once renewed), and the membership service's validity period will be extended for one cycle following a successful deduction.
4. Please note that any similarity in voices to real individuals is purely coincidental, as certain voices may naturally bear resemblances to others.
