HeroHub v1.7.0 — "Find DnD players near you!" Hear ye, hear ye, brave adventurers! The guild has unrolled fresh parchment, consulted the astral compass, and released **Version 1.7.0** into the realm.  Here’s what awaits in this latest chronicle: --- Region Matchmaking Has Arrived! No longer must you wander tavern to tavern asking, “Any DMs in the house?” You may now: * Seek heroes by region – Discover fellow adventurers in lands near your own. * Set your realm in Settings – Declare your kingdom (or city, or vague province) and be discovered by other quest-seekers. * Filter by territory – Narrow your search to only those within your chosen borders. Whether you dwell in the bustling streets of “New York” or the misty expanse of “Somewhere in the North,” your banner can now fly accordingly. --- Privacy Wards & Illusion Magic Our mages take discretion seriously. * Choose your **precision level** — from broad kingdom to more exact territory. * Turn region discovery **on or off at will**. * Your exact location is **never revealed** — it is used only as a mystical sorting charm behind the scenes. In short: your lair remains secret. Only the vibes travel. --- Bug Squashing & UI Spring Cleaning * Several mischievous bugs have been banished to the Shadow Realm. * The interface has been polished, dusted, and gently enchanted for smoother journeys through menus and profiles. The guild halls now feel lighter, cleaner, and slightly more magical. --- ### Secret Seasonal Embellishments Roll perception check… The UI now dons **subtle, hidden decorations** based on the position of the moon and sun (calendar date) Festive flourishes may appear when the stars align just so. Some mischief-loving goblins snuck into the previous release and caused a bit of trouble,  but our adventurers have chased them off. The following side-quests were completed: ------------------------------------------------ -> The Vanishing Banner Curse has been lifted — the navigation bar now proudly appears on the User Profile screen. -> The Herald has received a proper sigil — the notifications row now bears its rightful icon. -> The Backend Beast is less frightening — when things go unexpected, adventurers are greeted with a friendly message instead of arcane chaos.

**Patch Notes – Winter Update** *Rolled a successful Perception check… and found improvements!* **What’s New in This Realm:** **Redesigned Icons** – Our icons have undergone a magical transformation to better match the D&D aesthetic. More parchment, more polish, more adventure. **Minor UI Updates** – Subtle interface refinements to improve clarity and immersion across the app. **Bugfixes** – Squashed a handful of pesky goblins (aka bugs) hiding in the codebase. **December-Themed UI** – The realm is dusted with a seasonal winter flair for a limited time. **iOS 18 Support** – Updated and optimized for iOS 18, including UI fixes to keep everything rolling smoothly. Our artificers and code-wizards have emerged from the dungeon (slightly singed, but victorious) with this gleaming new update. Here’s what’s changed in your quest log: -------------------------------------------------- New: Liquid Glass Design Our UI alchemists have transmuted the old interface into Liquid Glass — smoother, shinier, and more reflective than a +3 polished mirror. Feast your eyes upon this aesthetic critical hit! Bug Extermination Quest Completed Several mischievous gremlins (known locally as “bugs”) were caught sneaking through the code. They’ve been vanquished and banished to the Shadow Realm of Deprecated Functions. Added: Fancy Animations Every tap, scroll, and summon now comes alive with new arcane motion effects. Your app now feels like casting Minor Illusion every time you open a menu. Developer’s Note: No kobolds were harmed in the making of this update (though a few got mildly confused by our deployment scripts). Now go forth, heroes — your adventure just got a little shinier.

The technical wizardry used Mending and Arcane Lock on the codebase. Nothing flashy, but the wards are stronger than ever.
