The equipment sound analysis result: Normal Condition, Early Warning, or Pre-Failure is now available on the main screen. We implemented this update through a collaboration between our team and AI, using its recommendations to improve the app’s UI/UX.

We improved the user experience across the Save Recording, Main Menu, History, and Equipment History screens. When we started working on this release, we had planned only a few minor technical UI improvements. However, as development progressed, we decided to go further and make the app even more convenient for everyday use.

Is it worth paying attention to small user interface improvements? Absolutely. This release includes 9 enhancements. Each of them may seem minor on its own, but they make the app more intuitive and easier to use. For example, we have improved the description of the equipment’s Health Score, making it clearer and easier to understand at a glance.

Calculation of the equipment Health Score is now available offline. Even when there is no internet access on site, you can not only record sounds from industrial equipment and wait for the connection to be restored to receive the equipment health assessment, but also obtain the Health Score directly offline.

Improved visualization of Health Score and equipment condition chart

The equipment Health Score now has improved visual and color representation. In the “Activity” tab, a description of the equipment operating condition has been added for each record.

Enhanced Offline Mode: Di-agnostics now supports equipment data synchronization even in low or unstable internet conditions, ensuring continuous monitoring without data loss.

We have improved the charts that visually explain equipment condition, making them clearer. We have also introduced a new, currently experimental, approach to calculating equipment health score. We hope you find this version useful and that it provides more valuable insights.

We added the display of the date when you last recorded equipment sounds. This information is now shown on the main screen to remind you when the equipment needs to be checked next.

You asked why our audio-AI calculates a particular condition score to your equipment. We’ve taken the first step toward explainability by adding a sound intensity chart to make the assessment clearer. Select the equipment, tap >, then tap the audiogram icon to view the diagram.

We won’t be interrogating you anymore about what exactly you pressed before the app decided to “take a little nap.” If that ever even happens again. We’ve added a standard, safe logging library that automatically captures the technical details the moment something crashes. Our app listens for signs that industrial equipment might break — so sometimes it can get a bit nervous and confused itself.

Expanded offline mode capabilities. You can now also create new equipment without internet access. Reminder: When you are near the equipment and your phone has no internet connection, you can record the sound of its operation in offline mode. Once the connection is restored, all recordings will be automatically sent for diagnostics, and you will receive the analysis results — including information about the equipment condition and possible pre-failures.

We continue working on enabling sound recording without an internet connection. In this version, we improved the sound handling operations and explain it in detail. Reminder: when you are near equipment without network access, you can record its sound in offline mode. Once the connection is restored, all recordings will be automatically sent for diagnostics.

We’ve added the ability to record sound without an internet connection. Now, when you are near equipment with no network access, you can record its operating sound and add new equipment in offline mode. Once the connection is restored, all recordings will be automatically sent for diagnostics, and you’ll receive information about the equipment’s health status and any potential pre-failures detected.

Disable necessarily to input credentials during the each log-in.

We've added History tab to control all sounds recorded for equipment, including sound deletion.
