Open Vozly and the microphone is already waiting. Hold, speak, and your words become a task, note, diary or dream entry.
Hold the microphone on your iPhone, speak, and it becomes a task.
Vozly is a voice-first to-do list, notebook, diary and dream journal for iPhone. Open the app and the microphone is already there — no menu to find, nothing to type. Useful exactly when your hands are busy: driving, walking, cooking, or half awake at 3am.
• What you can do
- Capture by voice: hold the microphone, say what is on your mind, and it becomes a to-do, a note, a diary entry or a dream log.
- Keep the audio: every entry keeps its original recording, so you can hear what you actually said.
- Organise into lists: separate work, personal and shopping, with deadlines and reminders.
- Eisenhower Matrix: sort by urgent and important. Included free.
- Pomodoro Timer: 25-minute focus sessions. Included free.
- Control Centre widget: one tap opens Vozly and starts recording straight into your Inbox.
- Seven languages: English, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian.
• What Vozly does not do
Vozly does not rewrite, summarise or reorganise what you say. It captures your words accurately and keeps them where you can find them. If you are looking for an assistant that plans your day for you, this is not that app — and it is not trying to be.
• How transcription works
Speech becomes text through Apple's Speech Recognition framework, the same one built into iOS. Depending on the language and your device, Apple may process the audio on its servers to recognise it. Vozly itself never uploads your recordings or notes; they are stored on your iPhone and we cannot read them.
• Free and Pro
Everything above is free for your first 10 items. From the tenth item on, Vozly keeps recording, but reminds you of Pro once per session. Pro removes that reminder and adds nothing else — monthly, six-month and yearly plans, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscription Info
Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

I don’t see a way to use the action button to enter into the direct voice to note mode. Can this be added?
Developer Response
Hi there,Thanks for your feedback — and great news! 😊You can actually start recording a voice note directly by pressing and holding the microphone button. The recording starts instantly, just like you described. That said, we understand it’s not immediately obvious — so we’re working on making this interaction clearer and more intuitive in the next update. 💡Thanks again for helping us improve Vozly!– The Vozly Team 🎙️
Over promised

Doesn’t really do any of the automation that is suggested. It’s really just like your reminder or to do list app that came with your phone
Developer Response
Hi there,Thanks a lot for your feedback — it really means a lot to us! 🙏Vozly was never meant to compete with complex productivity tools — it’s intentionally simple by design. The goal is to make everyday journaling, note-taking, and task creation as effortless as possible — just by holding down the microphone button and speaking. 🎙️Whether you’re adding a quick to-do, writing a note, recording a diary entry, or capturing a dream before it fades — Vozly helps you do it all instantly, without typing or distractions. ✨That’s the experience we want to perfect first, before layering in more automation and smart features. We truly appreciate your patience and support while we build Vozly into something special. 💜– The Vozly Team

I never ever seen such useless app
Developer Response
Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with our app. Our app is designed to help users manage tasks and notes under different lists, and one of its key features is the ability to add tasks and notes via voice – both recognizing voice and converting it to text. We would really appreciate it if you could give us another chance! If there’s any issue or error you’ve encountered, please let us know, and we’ll work to fix it as soon as possible. Your feedback is important to us!Best regards,Vozly Team
• Vozly Pro now says plainly what it does: it removes the Pro reminder after your first 10 items. Recording is never blocked.
• If speech recognition is unavailable, or stops before you finish, Vozly now tells you instead of staying silent.
• Editing text with Russian, Ukrainian and Japanese keyboards works as expected again.
