We designed Serena to help you work through your issues, not to judge you. Her training data is based on hundreds of actual person centered therapy (PCT) sessions. Also known as Rogerian therapy, PCT therapy is an open-ended, empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling that focuses on helping the subject uncover the root causes of what is bothering them.
