Fantastic service for people who needs car on rent. 24X7 service best thing i feel.
Do not rent from Long Drive Cars — this was a genuinely unsafe experience
SnackOverflow
The headlights on the car I rented looked like they were on, but they were far too dim to actually light up the road. You'd never catch this at pickup — only once you're driving at night do you realize the road ahead is barely lit. That turned an ordinary drive into a genuinely dangerous one. A rental company handing over a car with headlights in this state should not be in business. When I raised this with their staff, they didn't admit the fault or offer to fix it — they blamed me, saying I should have called and reached out to a manager. They dodged responsibility instead of doing the one thing that mattered: acknowledging a dangerous defect and correcting it.Then there's the false advertising: the app showed the car as a 2026 model. The vehicle I actually got was several years old — roughly a 2019–2020 model. That's not a mix-up, that's misrepresentation. On top of all this, Apple CarPlay didn't work and one window was stuck. Individually minor; together they show a company that puts zero effort into maintaining its fleet.Unsafe vehicles, misleading listings, and staff who blame the customer instead of fixing their own mistakes. Stay away.
Ok cars, nice service overall good

I am someone who always drove fully loaded cars with all bells and whistles, but this one, they have all base range cars and the worst part is you don’t have USB port to even charge or use Apple car play. I can connect via Bluetooth though. You can’t adjust the driver seat, pretty much everything basic. Apart from that their service, responsiveness, follow up is great. Overall it was ok, but I will not take their cars again.
