After setting up the ARC my TV remote took complete control of the soundbar and completely disabled the soundbar’s remote. The only kind of control over features come from the app, which is completely lacking

You are forced to use two separate apps to use the sound bar, also there is nearly no control over it. We like the Apple TV screen saver, but the sound bar won’t stay on so it won’t let us enjoy the screen saver. There is no option to disable to auto off feature that the sound bar uses that ruins our experience It was also a nightmare to setup. So far the best part about this sound bar was the template to make mounting it to the wall easier Overall, if you can get it for $20 do it, anything more keep shopping

As long as you have good instructions I’m sure it’s a smooth setup. With the update it changes the original setup. This made it difficult but it is simple enough for someone that is seasoned in I.T.

This app gives you basic control features like volume but lacks more in depth settings such as bass and treble control. It also lacks a power on/off button. Full feature soundbar controls and settings would be a welcome addition to this app.

Add support for 2026 Soundbar TAB5201, TAB5601, 2025 Soundbar TAB6100YW and Party speaker X3000. Add "Outdoor sound" mode and remove "Bass+" sound mode for all 2025 Bluetooth wireless speaker S1000, S2000, S5000E, S7000, S7000E to enhance the listening experience.
