I don’t play games. I don’t want to download games, but this game is fun. I’m 53 years old. It’s very relaxing and it helps my mind. It gives me something to think about and relax. It helps with concentration.

Incredibly frustrating quest bug

I recently downloaded this and enjoy playing the daily game very much. However, the weekly quest is unwinnable. Each time I get quite far along and then there’s one level that is designed to ruin the entire quest. I play it dozens of times, and each time it ends with only one or two items left to clear when the game tosses unplayable pieces on the board and immediately shuts down the whole level. I have to start again and again and again till I’m ready to toss my phone on the floor. It won’t give me any option to progress. I can’t acquire a help that will let me go on. I’ve not yet been able to complete the quest at all, and it’s ruined the fun and challenge of it. I’m really close to deleting the game because of it. I play for relaxation, not frustration. I’m giving 3 stars because the daily is entertaining. If developers can fix this bug— and it is a bug; I know perfectly well how to strategize these kinds of games—I will come back and change it to 5. That is, if I haven’t already given up on the whole thing.

Hi, I play this game on my iPhone and my iPad. I go along great on my iPhone and I’m just hopping right along. HOWEVER, on my iPad, I’ve finished the Mingon quest NUMEROUS times and it keeps starting it back over!!! It is EXTREMELY frustrating. It takes the fun out of it on my iPad when I have to keep playing the same levels over and over and over again. WHATS UP WITH THIS? I love playing on my iPad as it’s easier to see. I love the colors and the challenges, but I REALLY want to get put of Mingun PLEASE!!

Hello, our quests last for 7 days from the moment you start them. There is a timer on the Quest Map and Quest Button on the main menu. If you finish before the 7 days, you can replay the quest until the new quest starts. When the 7 days expire, a new quest will start.If this is not the case, please use the Contact Us option in the Settings menu to contact our support team.

It’s fun and the colors and jewels are attractive. However, way too many ads. Also, sometimes hard to advance. It gives you no way to advance if you have no moves randomly. Sometimes you can revive. Sometimes it just says no more moves. No way to purchase moves either. It makes the game annoying. And boring.
