Welcome to Hots&Cots 3.0! Until now, detailed reporting and data visualizations were only available on the Hots&Cots website. That’s changing. Starting with 3.0, you can now access average ratings, sentiment breakdowns, and time-based trends—right inside the app. Whether you’re looking at DFACs or barracks , this new in-app reporting gives you real insight into what’s working—and what isn’t—across installations. Transparency just got a lot more mobile.
