I’ve tried out about a half dozen breathwork apps. A few of the things I really like about this one is that the breathing exercises are profound, but simple to follow along. I’m an experienced breathwork practitioner, and got a lot out of it, but this is something that is accessible to someone who is just getting started with breathwork.Also- the music is amazing. Usually with breathwork videos or apps, the music is treated as an afterthought- with this app, you can really tell that the music is well thought out and an integral component to it. It allowed me to release a bit more and go deeper into my breathwork practice.
