The training is personalized, the nutrition Plan is practical, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve had other trainers before, but none compare to the support, knowledge, and motivation I get here. Truly one of a kind!

I had an initial call before making payment. After paying, I was told there would be a follow up call before beginning the program he put together to discuss the personalized plan along with my food intake, recommended supplements, and an overall plan tailored to my needs.But I never received that follow-up call. Instead, I was sent the same workout plan as one of my gym friends I see, with the same day-to-day schedule! We have different body types and lifestyles, his plans are not personalized. Due to the lack of guidance, correspondence and the identical plan I received, I inquired about the possibility of cancelling. They agreed to cancel, but I did not receive a full refund — a significant portion was deducted. Additionally, I did not receive any one-on-one training or guidance, and Jorge was unavailable to answer my calls, questions or be there as a coach. Once he received my payment, he went MIA.Overall, my experience was disappointing and unprofessional._________Recibí una llamada inicial antes de realizar el pago.
