Provide sound and vibration control buttons to allow users to choose a more comfortable practice experience during practice.
[Practice Guide] Users need to find the pelvic floor muscles and their force positions through certain methods; when they first start practicing, they can appropriately reduce the practice time, and then slowly increase the duration.
